Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item is faulty or wrongly sent.

Faulty or wrongly sent items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.

Mugs, caps, and stickers are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
